What is a personal pronoun in Oscan?

You’re probably familiar with personal pronouns. They’re you, me, I, and more—words describing people. Oscan’s personal pronouns are fragmented in some form (for example, the only first-person singular personal pronoun is iiv, meaning I in the first-person singular, and even that only appears once in all of our inscriptions!). However, we have ample amounts of second-person and third-person pronouns, especially as many of our inscriptions are directly pointed at an audience. Below are the second-person personal pronouns and third-person personal pronouns in their extant forms and genders.

Most crucially, you need to understand personal pronouns to hold a conversation! Hopefully, this lesson and the forms below will become a cornerstone of your Oscan knowledge.

Note, red means a masculine form of the pronoun, blue a feminine form, and green a neuter form.
