What happens in a punishment in Oscan?
The Genitive can be used to show the consequences of a penalty. In English, while we would render this as something like “condemned to", Oscan would put the noun to which something is condemned in the genitive. This is similar to the Latin genitive of penalty.
Here is an example, with the genitive noun in bold:
ampert mistreis aeteis eituas - charged to a smaller part of the money
