Relative Pronouns

Relative pronouns allow us to create complex subordinate clauses in sentences. They’re translated as who or which and give us a larger ability to express the qualities of something. As with other third-person pronouns in Oscan, they’re split by their gender.

It’s unique to note that while Oscan relative pronuns start with ‘p’, Latin relative pronounss start with ‘q.’ In fact, the ‘p’ in Latin is related to the letters ‘qu’ at the beginning of many Latin words.

N.B.: The gender of the pronouns will be differentiated by color: red for masculine, blue for feminine, and green for neuter.
